User Profiles

Review and update your profile details in the Access Control Admin portal.

How to do it

Update your profile

  1. Open User Profiles.
  2. Update the fields you need.
  3. Click Save Changes.

Update your profile photo

  1. Click Change Avatar.
  2. Select an image file.
  3. Save your changes.

Expected outcome

  • Your profile changes are saved and visible after refresh.
  • Your avatar updates immediately after upload.

Troubleshooting

  • Save Changes is disabled: Your role does not allow profile updates. Contact your administrator.
  • Email or phone won’t change: Your organization may lock these fields.
  • Photo upload fails: Try a smaller file and a common format like JPG or PNG.
