Getting Started

Learn how to navigate the Access Control Admin portal and find key areas quickly.

How to do it

Create an account

  1. Navigate to the Access Control Admin portal registration page.
  2. Enter your Email address.
  3. Enter a strong Password (minimum 8 characters, including uppercase, lowercase, and a number).
  4. Click Create Account.
  5. Check your email for a verification link.
  6. Click the link to verify your account.
  7. Sign in with your new credentials.

Review the dashboard

  1. Sign in to the portal.
  2. Review the summary tiles on the Dashboard.
  3. Use the quick actions to jump to key tasks.

Check system health

  1. Navigate to the system health page (/health).
  2. View the status of backend services.
  3. Green indicators mean services are operating normally.
  4. If you see red indicators, contact your administrator.
  1. Use the left sidebar to open a section (Users, Roles, Invitations).
  2. Use filters and search within the page if available.

Manage security settings

  1. Open Settings from the sidebar.
  2. Select the Security tab.
  3. Click Add Passkey to register a new passkey.
  4. Use Rename or Revoke to manage existing passkeys.

Dashboard

Expected outcome

  • You can locate each area of the portal using the sidebar.
  • You can identify key metrics and recent activity on the dashboard.

Troubleshooting

  • Missing menu items? Your role may not have access. Contact your administrator.
  • Data not loading? Try refreshing the page. Check your internet connection.
  • Session expired? Sign in again to continue.
