User Management

Manage users, invitations, sessions, and login activity in your organization.

How to do it

Invite a new user

  1. Go to UsersInvite User.
  2. Enter the user's email address.
  3. Select a role from the dropdown.
  4. (Optional) Add a personal message.
  5. Click Send Invitation.

Create a user

  1. Go to UsersCreate User.
  2. Enter the user's details and assign at least one role.
  3. Click Create to send the initial invite.

Edit a user

  1. Go to Users → Find the user.
  2. Click Edit (or select the user row).
  3. Update details or roles.
  4. Click Save Changes.

View user details

  1. Go to Users.
  2. Select a user row to open the detail view.
  3. Review profile, roles, status, and audit history.

Assign a role

  1. Go to Users → Find the user.
  2. Click Edit.
  3. In Roles, add or remove roles.
  4. Click Save Changes.

Deactivate a user

  1. Go to Users → Find the user.
  2. Open the actions menu (⋮).
  3. Select Deactivate and confirm.

Revoke a session

  1. Go to Sessions.
  2. Find the session to revoke.
  3. Click Revoke.

View session details

  1. Go to Sessions and select a session row.
  2. Review device, IP, and activity timestamps.

Resend an invitation

  1. Go to Invitations.
  2. Find the pending invitation.
  3. Click Resend.

Edit an invitation

  1. Go to Invitations and open the invitation.
  2. Click Edit.
  3. Update the assigned role or message.
  4. Save changes.

View invitation details

  1. Go to Invitations.
  2. Select an invitation row.
  3. Review status, expiry, and last sent time.

Review a login attempt

  1. Go to Login Attempts.
  2. Select an attempt row.
  3. Review the IP, status, and failure reason.

User profiles

User profiles store personal and contact details for each user. For profile editing, see User Profiles.

User Management

Expected outcome

  • Users receive invitations and appear in the list with the correct status.
  • Role changes take effect after saving.
  • Revoked sessions end on the next refresh.

Troubleshooting

  • User not receiving invitation? Check spam folder. Verify email address is correct. Try resending.
  • Can't edit a user? You may not have the required permissions. Contact your administrator.
  • User shows as Pending? They haven't accepted their invitation yet.
  • Session won't revoke? Refresh the page and try again.
